RSA Conference 2018

The RSA Conference 2018 is an opportunity to learn about new approaches to information security, hear about the latest technology, and interact with leaders in the field. TCG members Monty Wiseman, General Electric, and Tom Dodson, Intel Corporation, will co-lead a session on Friday, April 20, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. PT titled Trusted Supply Chain & Remote Provisioning with the Trusted Platform Module. Their session will describe a method for using the TPM to assure end users that a delivered platform (a PC, Server, and Industrial Controllers) was made by the expected manufacturer and its firmware unaltered in transit. Using a persistent and unique key in the TPM, a platform manufacturer creates a certificate containing info about the platform then signs it using the platform manufacturer’s key.
