TCG and members will return to Interop May 16-18, 2017 (@Interop) in Las Vegas to demonstrate and talk about new ways to secure the IoT and networks. Interop ITX has expanded its focus to include the increasingly connected world of things and associated security risks.
On Wednesday, May 17 at 1:40 pm, TCG member Mocana will speak on “security from the inside out” and using standards-based solutions for IoT security. Attendees will learn how to secure the pre-boot process, use authentication for firmware updates and deploy a root of trust.
Members will show a variety of solutions in booth # 234 in the Interop Business Hall.
Participating members include Cososys, Drive Trust Alliance, Mocana, Onboard Security and Tempered Networks. More information is available at
Membership in the Trusted Computing Group is your key to participating with fellow industry stakeholders in the quest to develop and promote trusted computing technologies.
Standards-based Trusted Computing technologies developed by TCG members now are deployed in enterprise systems, storage systems, networks, embedded systems, and mobile devices and can help secure cloud computing and virtualized systems.
Trusted Computing Group announced that its TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module) Library Specification was approved as a formal international standard under ISO/IEC (the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission). TCG has 90+ specifications and guidance documents to help build a trusted computing environment.
