PORTLAND, Ore., August 31, 2016 – Trusted Computing Group (TCG), a global security standard organization and an approved Publicly Available Specification Submitter for ISO/IEC JCT 1, will host an educational conference for members and non-members on Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Millennium Hilton Hotel in Seoul, Korea. Attendees will learn how and why trusted computing can be used to secure devices, networks and data in various applications including Internet of Things (IoT), government and the enterprise systems.
미국 오레곤 주 포틀랜드 시, 2016. 9.1 – 글로벌 보안 표준 기구이자 국제표준화기구/국제전기기술위원회 공동기술위원회(ISO/IEC JCT 1)의 승인을 받은 공개 규격(PAS) 제출 기구인 트러스티드 컴퓨팅 그룹(TCG)이 2016년 10월 18일 오전 8시30분부터 오후 2시까지 서울 밀레니엄 힐튼 호텔에서 회원 및 비회원을 위한 교육 컨퍼런스를 개최합니다. 참가자들은 트러스티드 컴퓨팅이 사물인터넷(IoT)과 기업 및 정부 시스템을 포함한 다양한 어플리케이션이 적용되는 기기, 네트워크 및 데이터의 보안에 왜, 어떤 방식으로 이용될 수 있는지 배우게 될 것입니다.

“South Korea and the Asia-Pacific region continue to play critical roles in information technology and the growing network of connected devices,” said TCG Executive Director Mark Schiller. “We welcome the opportunity to talk with professionals in Korea and the region about the use and benefits of trusted computing.”

The conference will feature a keynote speech by Mr. Jungsu Song, Director General of Cybersecurity Policy Bureau in the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP). As the head of Korea’s government agency that is responsible for developing cybersecurity policy, Mr. Song will share the country’s cybersecurity vision and strategy.
서울에서 개최되는 컨퍼런스에는 미래창조과학부의 송정수 정보보호정책관이 기조 연설자로 참석할 예정입니다. 사이버 보안 정책 개발을 담당하는 한국 정부 조직의 책임자로서, 송 국장은 한국의 사이버 보안 비전 및 전략을 공유할 것입니다.

TCG experts will discuss with attendees the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 standard (ISO/IEC 11889:2015), self-encrypting drive and network security specifications; and the deployment of TCG technologies in automotive, IoT and embedded systems. TCG members GlobalSign and Infineon will demonstrate deployments of trusted computing. Microsoft will demonstrate a prototype of new technology under development in TCG.
TCG의 전문가들은 컨퍼런스 참가자들과 트러스티드 플랫폼 모듈 2.0(TPM 2.0) 표준(ISO/IEC 11889:2015), 자기암호화 드라이브(SED) 및 네트워크 보안 표준, 그리고 자동차, IoT 및 임베디드 시스템에 대한TCG 규격 및 표준의 적용에 대하여 논의할 것입니다. TCG 회원사인 글로벌사인(GlobalSign)과 인피니온(Infineon)이 트러스티드 컴퓨팅 구축을 시연할 예정입니다. 마이크로소프트는 TCG에서 개발 중인 새로운 기술의 시제품을 시연할 것입니다.
