講演概要：
今後、デジタル化の深化が一層進むなか、重要インフラや製造業をはじめ経済社会の様々な場面で、IoT (Internet of Things)機器等が量的、質的に浸透していくと予想される。経済社会においてイノベーションを促進し効率性を高めるなどの便益が増大するが、サイバーセキュリティリスクも高まる。これに対応するために政府、企業、ユーザなどがどのように対応するべきか、行政経験などを踏まえて概説する。

1987年（当時の通商産業省に入省）から2020年（７月退官）まで行政において主としてサイバーセキュリティ政策、安全保障貿易審査などに携わり、例えば、サイバーセキュリティ基本法制定・改正やサイバーセキュリティ戦略の立案、日本年金機構事件等の重大事象への対応などに従事した。2022年4月から現職。元内閣サイバーセキュリティセンター副センター長、経済産業省サイバーセキュリティ・情報化審議官。博士（工学）、MA in Management。

Standards-based Trusted Computing technologies developed by TCG members now are deployed in enterprise systems, storage systems, networks, embedded systems, and mobile devices and can help secure cloud computing and virtualized systems.
Trusted Computing Group announced that its TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module) Library Specification was approved as a formal international standard under ISO/IEC (the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission). TCG has 90+ specifications and guidance documents to help build a trusted computing environment.
